Project Description

Fenton completed Penske’s new 16,660-sq.-ft. truck leasing and five-bay service facility. The building houses Penske’s local and district sales offices. The facility was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building system by Butler Manufacturing, Co. The roof is MR-24 standing seam and walls are Shadowall panels. The scope of work included complete site development on 11.5 acres.
